Good service

I have just called into the surgery without an appointment as my granddaughter was unwell. The receptionist was extremely helpful as was the nurse practitioner that saw her. Thank you both very much. Certainly put my mind at rest.

Extreme Professionalism by the nurse

I would like to inform that my recent visit to the surgery (although I prefer to be seen by a doctor) I was seen by the nurse and what a professional he is.He didn't rush me, he really listened to me and looked interested, also although I am not a doctor my self I can tell for sure he transparanted that he really knows what he is doing, very knowledgeable nurse.If next time I need an appointment for my GP I can say clearly that if my GP won't be available I would like to be seen by him. Fast and efficient when they answer

After well over half an hour on hold trying to get on the triage list the process went from slow and laborious to fast efficient and pleasant. An appointment was made for an hour or so later and on arrival the gp was even on time for me. Hardly sat down and I was in. The Gp was excellent and made me feel comfortable. Next stop the nurse for bloods which will be a first for me but even that appointment was easy to book and only 2 days later due to my preference.

More understanding than i could have imagined

Decieded to open up about some mental health issues i have been dealing with for the last 10+ years after stuggling and my partner emotially expressing the effect i am having on her. For me it is incredibly embarassing and this was the first time i had spoken about it with anyone other than my mother and my partner. Despite how uncomfortable and embarassed i was speaking about it, the woman i spoke with (i dont think i can put names here) was kinder and more understanding that i could have ever imagined. In fact she is the reason i felt i need to leave this review as i dont think i expressed to her directly just how much i appreciated the way she was with me in my session. I hope this makes it back to her and i hope anyone else reading this can feel more confident about opening up in the same way. Thank you so much.
